My Personal Approach to Counselling

I am an integrative counsellor which means I can combine several different methods of counselling and psychotherapy in order to help you solve your problems.

You may have some issues which go back to your childhood or you may want to see a change in your present circumstances, how you view things, or your behaviour.

I access a variety of therapeutic approaches according to whatever is appropriate for your individual needs.

My Background Experience

I initially trained as a teacher and worked for over thirty years in the education service, to headship level.

Part of my counselling experience has been gained from working within the NHS, in the Depression and Anxiety Service (DAS) in Exeter, Devon.
As well as independent practice, I have recently worked with Axminster and Lyme Cancer Support (ALCS) and Cruse Bereavement Care.
